At Quins College there are no traditional written examinations. Every module is assessed through structured assignments that ask you to research a topic, analyse it critically and apply your learning to realistic professional situations.
Each assignment brief sets out exactly what is required and how it will be marked against the module learning outcomes. You complete the work in your own time, submit it online, and receive a result with detailed written feedback.

Study the module
Access recorded lectures, notes, reading lists and case studies on the learning platform at a time that suits you.
Receive the assignment brief
Every module includes a clear brief setting out tasks, learning outcomes, word count, referencing style and the submission deadline.
Research and prepare
Use the e-Library, community forum and message centre to research your topic and discuss your approach with tutors.
Submit online
Upload your completed assignment through the learning platform. Work is checked for academic integrity on submission.
Receive marks and feedback
Assessors return a result with written feedback explaining how each learning outcome was met and how to improve.
Resit if needed
If a learning outcome is not yet met, you receive guidance and a further opportunity to resubmit within the module window.
