Policies and guidance
Terms of Admission
These terms set out the basis on which Quins College Limited offers a place of study. By accepting an offer and completing enrolment you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms together with the fee schedule and refund policy issued with your offer.
Accuracy of information
Applicants must provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documents. Any misrepresentation, omission or falsified document discovered at any stage may result in withdrawal of an offer, cancellation of enrolment or revocation of an award, without refund.
Offer and acceptance
An offer of admission is personal to the applicant, is valid for the intake stated on the offer letter and is not transferable. An offer becomes binding only once it is formally accepted and the required fees have been received by the published deadline.
Conditions of offer
Conditional offers require the applicant to meet all stated academic, English language, documentary and payment conditions before enrolment. Where a condition is not met by the deadline, the college may withdraw the offer or defer the applicant to a later intake.
Fees and payment
Tuition fees are stated on the invoice issued after offer acceptance. Fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule. The college may suspend platform access, withhold results, transcripts or certificates where fees remain outstanding.
Student responsibilities
Enrolled students are expected to engage actively with their programme and to follow college policies at all times, including:
- Submitting original work and observing the academic integrity policy
- Meeting published assignment deadlines or requesting an extension in advance
- Treating staff and fellow students with courtesy and respect
- Keeping contact details, immigration status and personal information up to date
Academic integrity
All submitted work is checked for plagiarism, collusion and the improper use of artificial intelligence tools. Confirmed breaches may result in a mark of zero, suspension or termination of registration, depending on severity.
Changes to programmes
The college may amend programme content, delivery method, timetable, study location or awarding partner where reasonably necessary. Where a change is material, affected students are notified in advance and offered reasonable alternatives.
Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK data protection law and is shared with awarding bodies, partner universities and regulators only where necessary for registration, assessment and certification.
Complaints and appeals
Students may raise a concern in writing at any time. Complaints are acknowledged within five working days and normally resolved within thirty working days, with the right to escalate to a senior member of staff not involved in the original matter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
